Description:
We need a clone of one of the courier service examples below in html and php. Main pages should be done in html whilst the control panel, tracking and customer account sections should be done in php. The site should be no more that ten pages in total. Graphics and sample text for content may be obtained from sample sites. However these will be changed to client's data upon completion.
There should be a restricted section for customers with accounts to login with their account number and password to get access to their account and view all the airwaybills that are linked to their account. They can then click on an airway bill and view the details of the shipment.
Public users can only view the details of airwaybills they enter into the tracking field in the public area. See example of tracking page included (track.html)
Please see the attached sample files for an example of what we need. The track.html file shows an example of what the type of information to be entered in the control panel for each airwaybill in order to give the client proper tracking information.
In the control panel, tracking numbers should have the option of been linked to an account number so that all airwaybills for a particuar client can be view by the client when they log into their account.
The index.html file is just another example of the site layout and possible template to use. See

This site should have a username and password protected administartive control panel to enable the ceation of new records which will include airwaybill numbers, origina of shipment, current location of shipment, tracking data, status of shipment, shipment updates etc.
The site should be very clean and functional and Coder input is very welcome.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
