Description:
I need a program that can hold all incoming messages taken by a receptionist for incoming calls.
example, a call comes in to a switchboard manned by a receptionist which handles multiple lines from different companies in a small office
when the receptionist records the call she takes the name, phone# company,email Time(can be generated by computer clock) and a dropdown for the persons the receptionist can pick from to where the information belongs.. if a client calls in to check thier email the receptionist can view thier recent calls, the receptionist/client can also print the call list.. as well as the client or person expecting calls can look on his /her computer click on the program on his/her desktop and get messages for them.. this can be a web program so that no matter where you are you can pull up a browser and get your messages..
also if there are urgent calls the receptionist can mark the call urgent and the app will send an email to the clients mobile phone or mobile text messenger
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
