Description:
Hello!
I need someone to collect data about the time/clock in all the different countries in the world.
I need this:
For example, the country India, which is 5 hours and 30 minuters(330 minutes) after GMT time.
$india=330;
$usacalifonia=-480;
The data can be collected at a library, or internet sites like:
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/
http://www.timeanddate.com/
http://swissinfo.net/cgi/worldtime/
If a country has different time zones, just take one city/area of timezone of every time (except for USA, where I will need all states) and let me know there is different zones in that country. Also, don't worry about if the country sometimes change the clock(for compensation of sunlight for instance, I am only intrested in the country clock/time when the data is collected.
That's all.

1) data, in this way:
$india=330;
$usacalifonia=-480;
2) List of countries with different time zones

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 2, 2003 9:00:00 PM EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Just accept my bid, and i'll be on my way to completing this for you. It looks like you'll be using this data in a what CGI script? Well, i would love to do the project for you, so I can actually get some ratings on this site and get started.
