Description:
Hello!

This is a repost, because the last coder was not able to make it all the way.

Please only bid if you know that you can do it.

Also new coders to RAC without a rating is warmly invited.

Would be happy to do this myself, but don't find the time. ASP, CDONTS and Access is involved in this small task.

This is for a trading site for used university student books. In the montly newsletter I want to include which books they do have in the database.

Fields in the db are:

ID, email, name, password, title, type (sell/buy), price (optional, so some rows don't have a price)

I want a web application (for my admin area, don't worry about password protect it, I will make that myself) where I write(paste) the text to the newsletter in a big form, and every mail to the users will look something like this:

[] = Data from the database
-----
Hello [Name]!

Here is the monthly newsletter.

Your adds at the website:

Sell:
[title], [price] (where [type]=sell)
[title], [price]
etc...loop all sell titles
if no "sell"
write: "no books for sale"

Buy:
[title], [price] where [type]=buy)
[title], [price]
etc...loop all buy titles
if no "buy"
write: "no books asked to buy"

Please update if something has changed, your password is: [password]

Text on the newsletter that I write different every month.

Best regards, Admin
----

The mail should be sent to [mail] and also to my email address(as BCC). Before every mail is sent I want to look at it on the screen
and have two buttons "Send" and "Deny". After one of the buttons is used the next users/emails books cames to the screen...until
the whole database is looped.

I also want to be able to choose to which mail in the database I will send.(in case I "Deny" first, and
correct something, and want to get back to that user/email and be able to send it later.

That's all actually. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
