Task
Connect a VB6 address book program to a database using ODBC.
Details
ContactShare is an address book program. The original version stored it&'s contacts (names & addresses) in individual text files. The purpose of this project is to instead store the contacts in a database such as MS Access and access them via ODBC.
Greatly prefer to use standard VB controls rather than the VB data controls eg DBCombo.
Another important aspect is reliability. The program needs to coded to run reliably but in the event of an error be able to handle it gracefully.
The code should be self documenting. The only real convention is the naming of objects which is a descriptive name of the object plus the object type. Eg FirstNameTextBox.
Note that I am only concerned with the main form, not with any other forms or functions.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
