Description:
I'm using ShellWindows WithEvents to monitor IE windows. When a new window is created, the code then sets the SHDocVw.InternetExplorer object to monitor when the page is finished loading. Once the page reaches DownloadComplete(), a MSHTML.HTMLDocument object is set based on the IE.document object.
From here, I am monitoring the HTMLDocument_MouseUp event. I have not had a problem with this code, until recently, I was unable to get the IE.Document to correctly be set. Atleast, I think this is the case. On this certain page, the code is not receiving any notifications of the MouseUp event.
If you follow along what I have explained, I need someone to look at my code and fix the problem so that I can continue receiving the MouseUp event in VB.
Attached in the .zip is the sampe VB code I am using along with the Buy.com website that is giving my problems.
I will accept your bid if you send me an bug fixed compiled "Project1.exe" (included in .zip) and have a reasonable bid price. I am assuming this should be very easy for anyone with experience with IE monitoring and VB. Thanks for your help.

Deliverables:
My source code needs to be edited/bug fixed, that's all.

Platform:
Win, IE 5.0+, VB6.0

Skidmonk, The error does not lie in your code. It lies in Buy.com's web site. There is an error in their HTML. An error that doesn't cause anything to diplay improperly in IE, but it DOES cause errors in your event handlers. I have provided a fix. It only fixes the problem with Buy.com pages though. If you encounter other pages with similar errors, you'd need to modify the code again. I can show you what was done so you can do this. That way, you wo't need to pay people MORE money if you have a similar problem. Thomas Tustin

I'd rather have no rating at all than have a rating less than 10 :-)
