Web site needed, I currently have a basic web site, which needs to be started from scratch.
The site should use php and mysql where applicable.
Main Aims of Site are:-
Product Descriptions
Services Descriptions
Register bought products and have a login name generated for support. A list of Serial Numbers will be in the mysql database. When a new user signs up they should be asked to enter name,address,phone,email and a the serial number, the serial number should then be checked to see if it is valid. The registration can only be completed with a valid serial number.
The new user then will be able to access additional pages which can`t be seen my non registered person.
Any extra questions just ask.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

We have looked through the info you've sent to us.
So here is our solution :
admin panel :
1. Products table
2. Services table
ability to add as much services/products as you need. Whe you will add new item it will be automatically added to your site.
3. Users table
4. Serial numbers table
5. Member zone pages
Ability to add as many pages as you need, edit them and remove them
At the member zone
We can do a some type of menu and new pages will be added to menu automaticly.
If you want a forum inside - there will be additional price to write it because you didn't mention it in your project.
Also I didn't get you - d'u want us to make the whole design for you ? If it is so then ok we are ready to do it but we need a little bit more time (like 7 days total).
So if you want us to make it for you we are ready to start the project immediatly. If you will accept our bid I will mail you my questions you will answer it and we will do it.
