2. Output Notepad file.
Part 2
Also make possible with a Web-based form using the
input form from previous code project.

3. The GUI must say "Miami-Dade Community College North Campus."
Part 4
4. There must be a ReadMe file with step-by-step instructions on use.

do what I need it to do. Please look at the

and
Output File Carefully
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
