Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Needs to run under Bloodshed. In c++. NO artificcial intellinggence or anything advanced. As basic as can be.

Dear kanundrum,
I have seen the attached link. I have understood the requirements for the magic squares and am interested in this particular project. I will comment each line of the code and try to make it as simple as I can.
I am very good in algorithm in c++. I have solved may problems in c++ in RAC. If you have few moments, please have a look on it.
