I have reattached a zip file with all the templates and features we want to implement. We want it port to php and mysql and have the flat files converted to mysql database

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I am unable to understand the details of your requirements. There is a readme file insizde the zip... I have read that, but I am not clear what you actually know. I do have time over next couple of days, and if something related to your server setup then i can help out. Please explain your point.

Hi Masterminds1,
It seems that you need this project done till tomorrow. I can take out time for that. My bid is only $200. (You have chosen project type 'Medium Business Project: $500 (USD) + ' and over here interface do not allow me to bid below $500). But I can do the work for $200 only. If you agree then we can sort out how to convert this project to $200 value.
I will convert all the files from cgi to php and will host them on your site (or I will send them back to you and you can host them). I will also need the data files. Either I will convert those data files into MySQL Database, or I will use them as they are (it depends on the format of data and I will take decision after looking at those files).
I will be checking my email frequently today, so that if you are interested in giving this project to me, then I will start immediatly. This way, I can spare enough time for Quality Assuarance.
Also reply this message if you want this project done in $200, we will sort out how to repost it and start quickly.
