Description:
I am in need of a part-time web developer to customize website templates for me on an ongoing basis.

Most of the website templates are based upon www.templatemonster.com templates. Please review their site for an idea of what might be required.

The typical process would consist of me providing the website template files to you and a standard document that describes the required changes to be done in Flash and Photoshop (and/or Dreamweaver/FrontPage).

I would like to be able to update the actual text for the site in Dreamweaver or FrontPage, but would prefer to have you update the buttons and graphic files in Photoshop.

Please provide me a PER PROJECT BID as this will be an ongoing job that requires you to do several similar jobs once the first one is complete.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Web Browser, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Front Page

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
