Description:
I want a creative designer to design my new website, the style I want is based on the style at:

which mean I want stylish,creative, etc.. design ..
You must be able to make one unique logo, one webtemplate one flash that describe the service of my website.
My new website is completed and will be providing a human-edited web directory with a traffic exchange system integrated. (just need to do webdesign)

So you can show me your creative idea of what you would do. I want the looks and feels that described what the website is offering.
Please submit some sample of your webdesign that you've done before, so I can see how creative you are.
Or if you can show me a draft idea of what you'll design for my website, would be a great concern.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
