Greetings Eric,
My name is Andres Becerra and I am a professional consultant and teacher. I have done a lot of work with automating Outlook and actually offer sample Outlook automation code to my VB students. My VB course website is at http://www.andresbecerra.com/cis222/
The sample I am referring to is also available on that site. The direct URL is http://www.andresbecerra.com/cis222/FreeCodeDetails.cfm?FreeCodeID=31
Anyway, I think I can easily handle your requirements in the timeframe you seek. I invite you to look at my profile to get an idea of my experience and to also see my past project reviews. Hope we can work together!
Thanks for your time and for using RentACoder.
Best Regards, Andres Becerra
