Description:
I am working on a "form" for a friend who owns a very small publishing company. He has signed up with an automated CC processing company to handle the orders of his newly released book and needs an order form for his website.

I have already created the form and included the Javascript needed to:
A. Select the quantity of books
B. Add in the shipping depending on which region of the world it is to be shipped.
C. Create a "Total Purchase"
D. Send this info to the processing company with the "Total Purchase".

Now this is what I need for a modification:
A. I need the shipping prices to change if MORE than 1 book is ordered. For example... if a book is to be shipped to the UK then the standard shipping cost is 5 GBP. What I need for a mod is that if they purchase 2 books... than it adds 3 GBP per additional book. If they purchase 2 books to be shipped to Europe than it will add 5 GPB for the additional book... and 5 GPB per additional book shipped to the World.

For someone with Javascript knowledge... this is a breeze and should take more than 10-15 minutes.
