Description:
Upgrade existing Delphi speech recognition program
1. GUI (see attached)
2. Scoring routine Reading age = ( (Number of words correct) / 10 ) + 5
3. Directions on how to host on my web site.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Stage 1: Test Mode.Web/Standalone.The 100 words that I have for the existing Delphi code working as described. $60.00
Stage 2: An enhancement that allows me to add other words that works with a Database. I must be able to upload or past from Excel into the data base. The standalone software must allow for Study mode.Due April 22

Stage 3: Test and Study Mode via Web. An further enhancement which allows a user to listen to a word and view a picture or video and try and repeat the same word.
