Description:
The Accommodation Office website offers a guide to the diverse range of accommodation available to students at the university. A short description of the general area in which the accommodation is situated and the facilities available should be found at the website.The application form must be filled online. The information on the application form is to be stored in a database.
When filling the application form, the students have to give three preferences for university accommodation but there is no guarantee that the student will get his/her choice. The student has to indicate whether she/he prefers a mixed/single sex flat, single/shared room and smoking/non-smoking accommodation. Details of any disability, illness or special requirements that needs to be taken into consideration when allocating accommodation should be provided as well.A place in University accommodation is guaranteed to the following students:
•New full-time undergraduate students
•International undergraduate students (guaranteed one additional year in university accommodation)
•New full-time overseas graduate students
The computerised system must allocate the students to one of their preferred choices of accommodation. The website must include an option for the students to find out the hall they have been allocated to from the website.The students must be able to log in using their email address.
Administrator has an interface to manage and maintain the system. The system administrator has access to all the tables in the database and may change/update/delete items and properties of these entities.The administrator should be able to retrieve the emails sent by the users through the system.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4)The code must be commented

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
