Description:
Needed coders with flair! I need a Interactive script(story book) with capabilites of uploading pics.
Choice of pics insertion much like any editor example,
top right, top left, top centre - middle right, left, centre - bottom right, left and centre and so on. The Story text wraps around the pic.
Being interactive where the story have a choice of where to lead to. Have a look and review these sites

Must have a admin control panel with capabilities of amending, bad words control, template changes must be easy, Banner control for the admin.
Modular type design and pleasing to the eyes. And whatever you can come up with, is appreciated.
Complete ownership, copyrights and distribution rights of all works purchased.
All works must be original and no copyright or patent infringement.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete commented source code of all work done. Code completion approx. 2 weeks or until deadline must be met.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Must be modular, where templates can pull information from the scripts - allowing the admin to have free form choices to create their page design.
5) Configuration scripts seperated and easy to configure for the novice.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

My name is Soroush Majd, I live in the UK and have over 3 years experience with PHP/mySQL based websites.
From what I have read so far this project looks quite easy to code.
I have a couple of questions for you before I can bid:
# By banner control do you mean advertising banners?
# Template wise, do you intend to allow your story tellers to select their page look or will this be controlled by you?
