Description:
This application will be a windows based app. The user will enter a search criteria and city of preference. The app will go out to monster.com and run the search query and bring back the first 100 hits. It will then read through the various job descriptions for a third set of criteria. Once it finds a match it will locate the email address of the employer within the add and automatically send an email and ms word attachment to the referenced email. The system should run unattended and do a search for new hits every hour. All return info should be stored in a simple local database for further query by the user.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

powerbuilder, VB, C++
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Take my regards. I've analyzed your project requirements and took a look at Monster.com. I think I can do the job easily. But, it will take some time.
I'll send you a DEMO program which will support the first 3 options. I want to assure you that I can do it by sending this demo. Please consider some hours for me to finish the demo app.

Take my regards. Here is a simple demo that works with Monster.com.
It's much like the search option of the web site. Just enter a keyword and select a location. Then click on Fetch to get the jobs. The fetched jobs will be shown in a grid.
I've created this demo to assure you that I can do the job. If you want to see a more advanced demo, please contact with me.
And I assure you doing the job within a week.

Dear M. Eichenberg,
Take my regards. Here is another demo that works with Monster.com. This is an advanced version and meets almost 75% of your requirements.
Please have a look at the program. It has an easy-to-use user interface. And it supports your requirements.
When you first run the program, you are asked to make the settings. Although they are not needed in this demo.
To start, click on the search options button. There, type your criteria and select a location. Then click on OK.
Now, click on the Search Job button. It will bring a search progress window which will show you the search status.
The program will get the first 50 matches regarding your criteria and will save them in the database. All the details are handled.
I've not included the email support in this version. When you accept my bid, I'll do that. And I've done that before.
