Description:
Greetings:
I will want you to create a logo and 1 page web template that will be used to list auctions on the world's largest auction site.
I will be using this 1 page template to create and list ads and will need this template to be available for use and editing in Front Page 2002.
Your completed work should be similar to this:

(look at the auction header that includes the logo, the boarders that outline the advertisement and the headers for each section. This is what I will want when completed, forget the auction content.)
Specifications:
The logo that you will create will be for a software reseller named "Maniac Media"
The logo should be "wild" and "silly" and there will be no limitations on colors, as this will just be used on the internet, not in print. The company name should be included with a caption (let your imagination run wild here)
The 1 page template will need all of the section heading you see in the page I have included as demonstration and must be color-coordinated with the title.
Upon delivery, you will give me each of these items prepared for usage in frontpage.
The logo should be both seperate and incorporated into the 1 page template.
I am open to suggestions for improvement.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Platform:
Frontpage 2002 for template
Logo in .psd format
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

hiya, I'm not much for frontpage templates, but I can build you a generic HTML based template you can use in frontpage... if not you can give me the word and I will bid lower just for the logo part and you can accept another bid just for the template
