Description:
I need a program developed that will interact with an Access database to email everyone, or select lists in the database individually using a single html email with outlook(and/or express if possible).This should be pretty simple process to create this but may require some time.
Requirements:
-1-Access database with fields for Name, address, Address line 2, city, state, zip code, email address, date opted in, list name
-2-Installable Program with nice GUI that has options for create list, open list, select new list,add record, delete record, create email(must be able to save in a folder),open email(previously saved),email list, email all, create email signature, edit signature
-3-create email would be like a blank html page where I could insert images and text(unless you have a better way)
-4-emails must be customized when set using their name(John Doe,
Body of email goes here
Signature)
Bottom of email should include a message about they are receiving this email because the opted in to receive email from ???? on (date) to unsubscribe...blah, blah, blah
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows, Access, Outlook and if possible Outlook Express
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
