Description:
I have created a project in VB6 to teach Scuba Diving. I need someone to implement a method to search to the program on simple key words and take them to that place in the program. I also need help files implemented using the generic windows style help files i.e list of topics on the right and information on the left. Importantly I need written instructions of how to add more help files to the one's you produce, also any additional coding that needs to be added to forms to search for keywords.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

4) Written instructions of how to add more help files to the ones you create.

Platform:
VB6 with embedded HTML if required. Please advise me of a more effective method. It must be compatable with the existing program that has been developed in VB6

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 10, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
