Description:
Hi. I don't know if this is possible or not, but i would like to see if its possible to extend outlook so that before an email is sent it checks with an address in the address book to see if it should send a PGP encrypted email to that address. For example, I would like a list of my regular friends to have email only sent out to them as PGP encrypted. I'm using PGP 8 and I have the Outlook PGP extension included. I presume I need some kind of plug-in for outlook which just checks each email address before sending with another to list to see if the email should be encrypted.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows XP, Outlook 2000, PGP 8.0

I have a some offer. I can write macros, which will run just before mail sended, check 'To:' field, parse it - search parsed e-mail address in users DB and execute PGP extension to crypt mail body.
