Description:
Coders, what I'm looking for are basically the function underlying similar to lavalife.com with a twist. It must look professional, aesthetic and eye-catching.
"If you have done a dating site than you are highly considered, but will still consider others - NOTE: Review the sites mentioned, if you are unable to provide this service than please don't bid"
Required -> Coding done in PHP, Flash and mySQL as one intergrated system.
Required ->Payment intergrated: globill.com(at least one of this), ibill.com(optional) and paypal.com (must). Further payment modules can be determine later or you can add with your suggestion.
So please review lavalife.com, match.com, adultfriendfinder.com and or adultmatchmaker.com.au
Note their functions are all similar. private msg'ing, Instant msg'ing, whois online, basic search, advance search, chat 1-1 Peer2Peer(prefer this in flash but not necessary) and also multi-channel chat, newest member, online/offline mode, photo gallery, virtual hugs/kiss, etc. Video is not necessary.
Admin control panel, easilly modifiable templates etc
Will discuss further with you, I can obtain this software reasonably cheaply but would like a custom version for distribution package and purchasing further workings with the coder in the future.
Complete ownership, copyrights and distribution rights of all works purchased.
All works must be original and no copyright or patent infringement.
PS. please do not bid if you going to put all the standard sale pitch, what I would I like to view in your option of what can be created and examples of a working demo, and flare of suggestion would be appreciated. I want coders that I can work with long term for other projects.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete commented source code of all work done. Code completion approx. 2 weeks or until deadline must be met.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Must be modular, where templates can pull information from the scripts - allowing the admin to have free form choices to create their page design.
5) Configuration scripts seperated and easy to configure for the novice.
6) If using Flash as chat system, the chat system must be modular where the admin can defined how it looks for backgrounds, buttons etc which pull from external stored graphic files or templates.
7) Multiple payment choice for membership, per contact, multi-contact (like stamps) and option to join monthly, quarterly etc. Admin must be able to define the membership level.
8) Review lavalife.com and match most function minusing video conference as the minimal, and admin must have total control of their sites via a control panel.
Platform:
Codes in PHP, mySQL, Flash.
Platform on Linux.
Must be compatible to most of today's browsers. example. IE 3.0+ and Netscape etc.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
