Description:
PLEASE QUOTE ONLY IF YOU CAN DO THE REQUIRED WORKS
We need a small exe programme which could be downloaded from our site,that when installed would popup an update advertisement from our website to the people that have it installed (once 1 week or once a month),advising on new products available from the site.
with small Logo and website branding on popup screen.
The software needs an auto update feature, read advert text from a txt file from the web and also have some sort of send update feature which enables us to add text & advert url and then "click to send update" which then pings it out to all that have the programme installed,and have a uninstall program.
Mainly text based source input:
e.g over X amount of New items now available on www.

Plus other news items, this needs to be easy to add the required popup text information
Also space on the bottom for paid advertising(linked website name),which could also be drawn from a file.(easy to change per month/week)
Dont want loads of server issues,so light weight programme if possible.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi,
I could code this as a very small and versatile application.
It can be made able to get updates from any site, and to update itself to a new version if necessary.
The program would be able to display any text or images that you wished it to, and would be otherwise unnoticeable to the user.
I provide a professional interface to the program, and would make it easy for you to provide updates to the advertisements, additionally I will provide free lifetime e-mail (or phone, to myself) support should you provide it, and will fix any bugs you might find.
