Description:
We need a script which will detect and display a pop up disclaimer window whenever a user clicks on an external link situated on our site which takes them off our website
Our website is an ASP application that has numerous external links on its pages - these external links link our website to other associated websites
We need to inform our customer that they are leaving our site
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello, I am very interested in your bid request, for only $100 the work is yours.
The solution to this project would be to use a JavaScript to show up the popup disclaimer when an external link is clicked, also it would work not only with Windows server, but a well with Linux, Unix, Apache, or any web server, attached is a sample of how the project would work and look, this only a demo.
When bid is accepted I will provide a more elegant solution, that will only need to paste one line of HTML in the pages where you want external links to show the popup disclaimer before going to that page.
Project finished in a few minutes after I notice my bid is accepted, code sended very well commented and thouroughly tested.
