Description:
This is a module of a telephone sales program.
The program is segmented to enable rapid completion, testing.
and prompt payment to the coder.
Questions and suggestions are welcome.
• USING ACCESS 2002 AND VB6
A) Operator enters a “ next action” number. THE OPERATOR MAY CHANGE THE NEXT ACTION NUMBER AT ANY TIME.
B) If the “ACTION” number is “1”:
C) SCAN THROUGH PROSPECT TABLE ( ACCESS 2002 ) SEARCHING FOR AN ENTRY IN “NEXT ACTION” OF 1 WITH A STORED “CALL BACK DATE “AND STORED “CALL BACK TIME” EARLIER OR 10 MINUTER LATER THAN THE CURRENT TIME.
D) If no call backs qualify, display a message “ No call backs for this time. Next call back [ display date and time]
E) If a call back is found, display data
F) OPERATOR CAN CHANGE THE DATE/TIME FOR THE CALL BACK AND/OR CHANGE “ NEXT ACTION” FROM 1 TO ANOTHER NUMBER.
G) If the operator has changed data “Store” or “ Don ‘t change”
H) OPERATOR SELECTS “ DIAL”, “SKIP”,
I) If “dial” is selected go to “:DIAL” below
J) If the “ACTION” number is “0” OR “BLANK”:
K) The program has recorded the last”0” entry dialed.
L) Starting with the last entry dialed +1, select the next ENTRY from the table which has “action” of 0, AND DISPLAY number to be dialed AND SUPPORTING DATA FROM FILE.
M) OPERATOR SELECTS “ DIAL”, “SKIP”,
N) If “dial” is selected go to “:DIAL” below

A TELEPHONE NUMBER WILL BE PASSED TO THIS MODULE
DIAL THE NUMBER BY MODEM.
DISPLAY “ NUMBER HAS BEEN DIALED.”
PROVIDE A BUTTON TO DISCONNECT THE MODEM
( OPERATOR Has A SEPARATE HEADSET.)
OPERATOR WILL RECORD RESULTS ( FORM WILL BE SUPPLIED)
OPERATOR WILL SELECT “STORE” OR “SKIP”
RETURN TO CALL BACKS OR DIALING
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
