Description:
Hello,
What I need is a IE Toolbar that must complete the following .
1. have an image and then a search field and 3 or 4 butons( all of which is configurable)
2. a configuration program to make the toolbar. and a configuration utility to configure the toolbar on the client end and tehn upload to webserver .
toolbar maker--> client toolbar config utility--> end user thats downloads teh toolab from a web install.
3. toolbar will hard incode the client toolbar URL address so that they cant change the address only the contents of the webbar on the enduser side.like update links or logo picture. and then upload to clients webserver URL .
4. Must have some security so that the toolbar will only work with the encoded url i input so it wont work on different url.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
