Description:
I am looking for a form handler that has the capabilities to upload files/information (looking for something similar to yahoo profile) where after the user has entered information and will choose a username and password and then be able to access their personal webpage that is on my site. Also, I'd like to include a rating from 1-10 on every account that is opened so other users can rate each member. Just think of something like a dating site or something like that to get an idea of what I am looking for. Thank you.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
The program needs to run on any operating system or environment.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

I really thought that this bid it's closed, as when working on a demo to show you, i saw other coder awarded with the project.
Anyway, here is the demo

(part of it, when i saw the project was taken i left the demo). Sorry for not finishing up for you (there's a couple of features missing) but i wanted to show you before the bidding close.
Don't worry about html, it can be easily put to any page. Also if you have any more question or want any other features implemented don't be shy to private msg me. And if you like the part of the demo i hope you will accept my bid.
