Description:
We need to have our existing company website looked at and graphically designed by a pro graphics artist/designer. It is important that the bidder understands that we have a certain functionallity we want to keep on our site, we just want to have the site look really professionally designed. We have a drop-down menu already developed by iT Experts here at RAC, and we want to keep that. We take care of all the technical stuff.
We also need to have a new logo designed for our company. This logo must be suitable to be placed on top of the website, as well as fit on envelopes, letterheads, business cards etc. If you feel that more than one graphics file will be best, suggest so.
The keyword is business. We deliver web applications, windows applications and websites. We have an idea that the logo should contain something with network, internet and code. The rest is up to you, and we expect that an sound communication will take place.

Only bidders that provide links or screenshots that shows their graphics skills will be considered. Also you must give ideas on how you would design the logo and website, for example you could make a quick draft or show links on the web that approximates what you would make for us.
Info on the company, domain name etc. will be provided when bid is accepted.
If you think that a flash for the site will greatly enhance its appearence, let us know and let us know how much money the flash design will cost in addition to this project. If you consider offering us this, you must provide links or screenshots of flash designs you have made. The flash design could be done in a one-on-one project afterwards, but this is not yet decided on our part.
Deliverables:
1) Images must be jpg or gif. If any html pages/code is nessecary on your part, deliver that too. If screenshots of your design is needed, deliver that too.
2) Zipped with standard zip-format, directories recursed if nessecary.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Do you require just the layout or do you need any programming or filling the pages?
I'm attaching some of the logos we've done, I've included a mockup of what we could do with your logo 'logoclaes.jpg'...
