Description:
I'm after a program for use with a universal device programer. The software will generate a binary file based on boolean equations. The address as the variables and the data the output. The addres needs to be a minimun of 19 bits wide and the data 8 bits wide. Up to 8 equations that use any or all of the varables need to be a single output file. It matters little what programming language is used. The program needs to be easy to operate but has no need of eye candy.
The purpose of this program is to create a complex digital logic gate from a memory device. The output file is in effect a group of truth tables. The input variables represent the address bits (variable A is address bit zero, B address 1...) The data of the outputs represent the equations, (data bit zero relates to equation zero.) The file consists of 8 bit data locations, the data bits are hi or low dependent on the result the Boolean equation with the address as input.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 9x 2000 & XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

I can do this for you, but will need a little more detail on how exactly you want it done.
Look forward to hearing from you.

After reading additional information, I believe I can still do this for you. Looks like basic bit math operations. OR, AND, NOT, etc.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate.
