Description:
I need a website layout... for www.webhostools.com
there is no logo yet, so if you can create a logo and come up with a color scheme.
I would like some sort of animation, flash, or something, i dont know..
Should be coded in ASP for everything if possible

Under each section, i will want the following sections...
features
demo
pricing
upgrade agreement
system requirments
feedback
the feedback should be a form that is directed to a certain email account that allows for a customer to ask questions, make comments, features for future versions, etc etc.
from all sections of the site, the user should be able to go to a page to Purchase, for Product Information, Support, and Contact Information.
If you have expierence in shopping cart systems, let me know how much extra you would charge to develop a shopping cart for this... to give out serial numbers and such... (this is not part of this RAC bid agreement) if you have the expierence let me know, and if i accept your bid, I will create another bid request on RAC for you to do the shopping cart...not necessary though..
I would like to be able to choose from a couple designs if you can create a couple.
I would need to own all rights to the code. You cannot link to or from this page no refrence will be made to you as the original coder.
If you have questions, comments, or suggestions let me know.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Scripts will be on IIS windows 2000 or 2003.net...
The page should be viewable by IE and Netscape 4.0+ and on all Operating systems win 98 and newer.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
