Description:
I want to format an HTML Help file so that it prints neatly as a user's manual. I want all main topics to start at the top of the page. Currently, if the help file is printed from the help viewer it prints out as one long document and topic headings may occur at any location on the page.
The Help file was created with PaperKiller. The PaperKiller file and all supporting HTML, graphics, and index files will be provided to the winning bidder. PaperKiller is available for free for 30 days.
The attached zip file contains the complete compiled help file.
Deliverables:
1) Complete, and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Formatted and editable document in HTML, PDF, Word, or WordPerfect format.
3) Written instructions for performing the conversion from HTML Help to the formatted document.
4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I have managed to extract the raw html file from your chm file.
I do not need the original files although they could prove useful, so please supply them anyway.
I can produce a PDF, HTML or Word document containing all the documents.
