Description:
I need a simple server side php script that will prevent multiple inserts to a mysql database when the submit button is clicked more than once. It must be a server side script because the client web browser does not support clientside scripting. I have included a sample of the php code for my insert pages. I do not want the database used to track any session info that may be needed. I need something simple that can be added to existing insert pages that have this problem.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
