Description:
I would like to redesign my web site.

Here are my requirements:
1. To have a professional web site matching to what I do. I have some products. My web site should be designed for giving info, demo and selling these products.
2. To be able to view the site in both IE and Netscape.
3. I don&'t mind if you want to use existing logo or pattern but I definitely would like to change some parts like Pricing, News
4. My demos should be able to be viewed and executed as it is.
5. The pages should be displayed fast or in a very reasonable time.
6. I would like to have a Power Point demo ready for my product (Organization Chart). The prototype should be flexible that I can add or delete pages as I want in future.
7. The pattern that you are proposing should not a copy of any other site.
8. All pages or items in the menu should be accessible in case you want to get rid of the menu bar.
9. My site is on IIS server. The pages should be html, asp with or without DHTML and or JavaScript.
10. I would like to see a sample of your proposal pattern that you think would fit to my site.

Note:
1. Please review my site first at http://www.aasoftech.com on all the pages.
2. Please do not send general comment. I am looking for you sample proposal pattern.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
IIS server, html, asp with or without DHTML and or JavaScript.
Browser can be IE or Netscape.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 5, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
