Description:
I want to create a site exactly like CarDomain.com. It will be placed at my already designed site at: http://www.auto99.com/
Please note some of the important features it must
have. They are not limited to this please make sure to visit that site and look
around. I don't care about the
IMPORTANT
- Directory of car makes and then models. These should all be included in the
finished database. Stock images of each model to use for each model.
- List of peoples cars under each make and model. They should have options to
Sort by.
- User profiles and of course car profile.
- Ratings
- Guestbooks/comments by users.
- Top 10's based on ratings and user profiles.
- Basic search features.
- Everything else that is not mentioned in the not important section below.
NOT IMPORTANT
- Their ads or add program. It is going to be add free.
- I don't need the shop or live chat.
WHAT YOU CAN USE
The
site will be running on Windows 2000 Server with DSN connection to SQL Server 7.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
The site will be running on Windows 2000 Server with DSN connection to SQL Server 7.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 3, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I am an experienced ASP/Database programmer. All I would need is to know the DNS of your database (so I could setup my server), and I would need to know about the table structure of your database. There is a fair bit to do and it would take at least a several hours, so I have made my bid accordingly. We would have to hold discussions to pin down the scope of the project.
Note that I have duplicated the comments that I made in my bid for your other project, because I consider them to be very similar in nature. Maybe it would be useful to combine the two projects.
