Description:
I'm looking for an E-Commerce module for use on multiple sites that I have. Because of this, I need the whole module to be fully customizable (meaning all colors and such are stored as session variables, or something global at the coder's descresion) and fully documented.
I need the module to include a shopping cart with an admin section to add/edit/delete products, shipping and handling tiers (by weight, size, number, UPS or FedEx, etc... the basic S&H stuff), tax calculation (by state, ie - if the business is in Michigan and a customer from Michigan buys something from them, they must pay tax, customers from other states don't need to), anything else a shopping cart needs. The cart must be set up for via Authorize.net AND Paypal to allow payment through one or the other.
The products must have any and all applicable information (Name, Price, Weight, Size, Quantity Left, Description, etc...) and there must be a way to view a short description and a long description.
I want this module to be completely made of functions, so I can include a file and insert product descriptions or links anywhere I want into the page.
Please don't give me comments saying that this isn't enough for this project, as I am very aware that $100 is a small fee for a shopping cart, but I do not have any more money to give to this project. If you can do it for less than $100, then bid, otherwise, don't waste your time.
This project must be completely your own code, and completely ASP or ASP.Net. I don't want to have to install crap on the server to use this module. If you use any 3rd party code, that code must be resellable and royalty-free, and I must be able to read the license agreement, though I would prefer it be your own work.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Must be viewable on IE 4+ and NS 4.5+, and use SQL Server as a backend.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed by (preferably before) March 14th, 2003.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
