Description:
This is for implementing a faster Instant Messenger like speed for our chat room. We need proficient C++ and ActiveX coders to do this. The coder must be availible on Instant Messeger for communications and have lots of spare time to work on this as I would like it complete within a week if possible.
The site is letsmeetup.com and if you look at the chat room the speed is ASP refreshed based. I need an ActiveX control implemented to do somehting to make it 1. Faster (i.e. real time if possible)
2. Scalable - to handle at least 50-100 people
3. Robust solution that can be built upon in the future
Please only serious coders apply. No time wasters or students.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 9x+ 2k.
IE 5.5+

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

As we done some communication project before, we can do this work very quality.
We have done before:
1) Software Instant Messenger on Delphi that implement ICQ Peer-to-peer protocol
2) Realtime chat on PHP language
3) Web Instant Messenger on Java servlets for communication on dating website.
But we have all needed experience to make your chat faster on C++ language. The secret is the server on the C that handling all connections and web application on any scripting language like ASP, PHP or other...
We are well known ukrainian web development company Web Style Studio LLC and can get this job. We haven't any ratings yet because we are not more time on this site and don't work as others for $50 with bad quality.
