Description:
This should be a simple utility that allows you to select one or more Access databases in 95, 97, 2000 or XP format and then allows you to schedule via the system scheduler an automatic compact and repair. Errors should be logged to a file and an email should be sent to a configurable address if the job failed. The program should not have to be memory resident which is the reason to use the System Scheduler. VB.NET or C# should be used, a document describing some of our application standards will be sent.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 22, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Installation should be built in InstallShield 8.0 (trial version can be used). This should support password protected and encrypted databases but I don't think that will be any extra code. ADO.NET should be used if it has the necessary API calls
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I can do it in VB.NET for the 2/22.
It will contain the following settings that will be saved:
-path of the db to compact and repair
-email address (address, login, password & smtp server) where a message must be sent in case of error
