I am the bidder which you are looking for. :-)
You said 'The points where I get stucked are about handling array with recordset and random record selection.' I always use array recordset in all of my ASP web application to get better performance. And I know how to use a simple query with high performance to get any number of random records from a sql server database.
'Export/print the output to predefined MS Words form.' I have implemented this function in several of my production websites.
Wish to work for you.
