I will rebuild the whole thing from scratch.
When do you need this done (the deadline).
Also, it says to put the bids into an array, then that means there's a maximum # of bids. What is the maximum # of bids?
If you want me to create this using a linked list then there is no maximum # of bids.
If you accept my bid, I will start this at most 12 hours from now cause it's 12am now at my time.
I can finish this project in less than an hour from the beginning to the end.
