Description:
Specification:-
A database must be used to store information. The design of the database is to be documented. In addition, the database should be sufficiently normalized. The application requirements consist of the following:-
1.Administration Module: This allows users with administrator privilege to set up the booking information. These include:-
*Adding users(normal & administrator)to system. Only valid users can access the booking system. You can predefined an administrator user with the ID "Admin".
*Adding new facility to system which can then be booked by other users.
*Facility booking information is setup using an hourly booking format with a weekly repeating schedule. The scheduled hours available for booking for each repeating day can be specified.
*A facility can be temporarily taken offline(i.e suspends booking) and then make active again.
*Booking restriction can be specified. Maximum number of hours booked by a user per day per facility cannot exceed certain specified hours.
2. Booking System:-
*User(including administrator user) can select facility and day of booking. The user will then be presented with the booking information of the entire day. All hours booked by other users should also be reflected. User can then make booking by choosing the hour(s) to book. If booking restriction(as specified in 1 above) is not violated, then the booking is confirmed under the user login ID.
*User can cancel booking(only for future date). User can only cancel his/her bookings only. If the user is an administrator, he/she can cancel any bookings.
##The system can also show an administrator user the utilization rate of a facility(i.e percentage hours booked against hours available for booking) for any 4 weeks cycle.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
You MUST use ActiveX Data Object(ADO) to develop this application. Data Control or its variants, DataGrid, CDatabase class and othe high level database access components and/or objects will NOT be accepted.
I also need a daily update of the program.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
