Description:
Need a simple windows desktop application, approx. 420 pixels by 210 pixels in size that stores and displays 5 diffirent fields of information. Can copy each field to a clipboard, fire off a url (one of the 5 fields), and display stored records. I have the layout and icons put together in a graphic so you can see exacally what I want. Visual Basic or Delphi. Should be simple for someone who knows what they're doing.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

All versions of Windows 98 and up

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Ok. I looked over your requirements and I am able to do it. Your application will be ready tommorow, but I must raise my bid to $160, because it involves some little encryption. The help will be realized in html format and the application will look exactly as you required, until tommorow.
If is ok with you then please send me the icons you want me to include and accept my other bid I made of $160.
As soon as you reply to me I will start working on it to finish it sooner.
