Description:
In C Borland 5.0 or greater, using pointers not arrays. I need the following program written:
The electric company charges according to the following rate scedule:
9 cents per kilowatt-hour(kwh) for the first 300kwh
8 cents per(kwh) for the next 300kwh (up to 600kwh)
6 cents per kwh for the next 400kwh (up to 1000kwh)
5 cents per kwh for all electricity used over 1000kwh
Write a function to compute the total charge for each customer. Write a main function to call the charge calculation function using the following data:

The program should print a three column chart listing the customer number, kwh used, and the charge for each customer. The program should also compute and print the number of customers, the total kwh used, and the total charges.
Again: Pointers should be used rather than arrays.
Due: Immediately

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
