Description:
I need a autoresponder form set up for my website.
Basically, when someone clicks on an email, I want a form to pop up with an email, subject and body text boxes. Once the user submits the form, we should receive it, and initiate an autoresponse to his email, saying something like "thank for your feedback, we will get back to you shortly etc...." The email should be able to accept text of html format.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
The database and web interface will be hosted on Windows 2000 with IIS 5. Will be accessed from Windows PCs with IE 4 (and above) and Netscape (or above). The Web site is written in ASP. The database is SQL 7. All images are made with photoshop and flash.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 14, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:

§ Do excessive testing to ensure that the form and functionality is bug free.
§ Ensure compatibility with Win 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP Home/XP Pro., IE 4 +, Netscape.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Do you need to use a windows based form specifically, or will using a webpage for sending the mail would wor. Since you are using ASP, I suppose you already would have some emailing capability built in your server.
I have attached two ASP files which work in the same manner. Place the two files in the same directory. I have assumed that you will have CDONTS installed on your server. If it doesn't work, please contact me so that I can revise my code. If you like this, please accept my bid.
