Description:
We need a web based script for TGP (Thumb Gallery Post) owners to find clean galleries to put on their TGP's. The script will also be used for gallery owners to submit their cleaned galleries for us to review them, then after we approve them, the TGP owners will check off which galleries they'd like to purchase. Keep in mind we will give you all links necessary to explain how TGP and Galleries work, as they are usually used in an Adult manner. If you are fine with working with a project like this, please get in touch with us. We need the project done as soon as possible as well.
Requirements.
Submitting side:
1. must be able to have webmaster submit a gallery for review along with a optional sample thumbnail picture.
2. must be able to limit the number of submits a webmaster can do in a day, week, month. Based on the number of submit credits the webmaster has.
3. Script must have definable optional fields that I can set.
4. Must be able to be able to send a text message to me in the submit area.
5. Must check for recip button or text.
Account Creation- Submitters.
1. Must have definable fields I can set.
2. Must require, real name, address, email address.
3. Must have webmaster defined password.
4. Must be editable by webmaster.
5. Must confirm email address before account is created.
6. Must have ability to add urls to be approved for hosting sites, top level only. Folders and such off of same url not needed to be added.
7. All submitter webmasters must have a unique account.
8. Field for paypal email address (optional)
Please consult us on the rest of the instructions as they do not all fit on this section.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program in script form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
must be able to run on linux based server.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We are new at RAC but have a huge 4 years expirience in programming for web.
Last month we have designed full tgp system so we fully understand what d'u want.
It is not so compicated as tgp so we can give this not big price. But we need about 5 days to create this project to give you full satisfaction.
We can implement more interesting functions in your program like automatical crowling big tgp sites to find clean galleries on them and automaticly add them to your database.
