Description:
I need a database for my website called www.knowaboutatlanta.com. It should be written in PHP and MySQL, but I am open to better suggestions, if they make sense and are not too expensive.
-- On the home page, I'll need tables for 'Special Events', 'Hot Spot', 'New Biz', 'Music' , 'Great Deals', and 'Info Forage'. Goal is to make upload of new data easier.
-- On the Admin page, I'll need tables for 2 forms: 'Add a Business' and 'Add an Event'. They contain the predictable fields like name, address, short description, etc. and they need to be read/write.
-- The table with data for 'Add a Business' will then be pulled by the Blue Tabs on the home page, but for read-only purposes.
Whoever does the coding can hopefully make a mirror image of the production data for testing and debugging purposes. Let me know you have any other questions. THANKS!
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows XP, in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape, server is Intel Pentium III with Linux on it. PHP version 3, with MySQL.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 11, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
