Description:
Take a look at the attached word document... I am looking for a ordering system type website.. it is a little more clear in the document :-).
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Greetings VP,
After carefully reading your word document.
The way i think of doing it, is i create a database with the following tables.
Items --> Containing the name, description,price of each product
Options --> option specific for each products(price, options) (can be more than one per item)
Users --> username,password,level(3 levels(can be more)) (can be more than one)
upload --> Accepted formats (can be more than one)
visitorInfo --> When the users registers store their info in a table (used to say which order product are purchase by)
ProductOrder --> The Order(can be more than one per client(visitors)) with Date and order status and job(for the next table)
Job --> i don't clearly understand the job's id ... but there should be a job table
All this in 1 database (can be splitted if you want to) with username and password for the database.
I will do the html, asp for the admin, shopping cart, logging off after 30 min(i would set the cookie to expire after 30min)
I will use XHtml 3.0 which is the standart for all the browsers, basiquely it's normal html but the code is validated for Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera , etc..
If i forgot anything please let me know.

Well it depends on what exactly you want, i would say about 20-30$
And yes i am available for future work.
I would need more info on the job's... i don't clearly understand that part.
The admin section will control almost all the site, as you specified and in a user-friendly form.
