Description:
I need a professional or at least serious (not amateur) graphic designer to take a small 400x150 pixel Photoshop .psd and make it about 5 times as large, constraining proportions, but re-drawing the design so it doesn't lose resolution or get blurred. Then, I need the same big drawing in Illustrator .ai format. So two formats, .ai and .psd.
I don't have time to do this myself. Please do not bother to bid if you cannot prove that you are adept at using both Illustrator and Photoshop. I have no problem accepting bids from people with no ratings, but do not want anyone who has bid over their head.
Furthermore, and this is paramount, I need this IMMEDIATELY! Please. It is time-sensitive.
This is simply a re-draw, no designing involved. It should take someone skilled in Adobe about a half hour at most.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
