Description:
I need a stand-alone VB app that can add/modify/delete records in a single table database. The database will eventually be the source for a ASP driven website so compatibility is an issue.The field list is developed and may need moderate tweeking. The app should be:
1) Simple
2) Cosmetically Apealing
3) Carry my Company Logo.
4) Run on native Win9x-XP
5) Be uninstallable
6) (Option) Sync with a online replica database
Documentation would be a PLUS!
If this works out, there will be other larger projects.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Dear Sir,
I'm a very experienced programmer and I would like to do this job for you.
I run my own company and I'm doing some small freelance work via the rac site.
The software I can deliver will be build with a layout approved by you, run on windows 9x/me/2k/xp, includes a windows HLP file with documentation and will be distributed with the Microsoft Installer.
I have experience with php and asp database connections. For a small database I would recommend a MDB (access) database. I have already software to upload the mdb file via ftp to a webserver, which updates the online database.
