Description:
I have an access database in a VB6 program.
I am using ADO only.
I need to be able to append a field to the customers table in the the database on the load event.
I "do not" want to create a table with all the fields and have to kill the existing database.
I simply want to append or insert a field into the database on the load event. Of course there should be some error trapping, so that if the field already exists, it will not overwrite or produce an error.
The table is Customers and the field to be added is Photo which is a text field.
I have a program that I wrote and the earlier version did not have the Photo text field. I need to be able to distribute an update that will create this field on this table for users.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Mdac 2.5 as reference used in project
